- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-09-08, by Marty DeVenneyWent through the Maytag appliance repair scheduling on the website, but the scheduling on the website isn't what A & A books you in for. Booked a week later then the Maytag scheduling assistant. Called my work number and not my cell as suggested. Did not fix the problem and I had scheduled again with videos I had taken of the problem. Scheduled for Tuesday on Maytag site and they called me Monday the day before to come to the house. Reschedule for Friday and no call. Called Tuesday and now booked for the following Tuesday. That's 2 weeks I'm left waiting for repair.
